Cross Training         A variety of cardio & strength workouts

Paid Program Descriptions
What is the BOSU??         The BOSU is an exciting new fitness tool that looks like an exercise ball cut in half and mounted on a solid platform. It can be used for literally hundreds of strength, cardio vascular, balance, core training, plyometric, and sports conditioning exercises. You will be amazed at how versatile the BOSU is!!!
BOSU Group Personal Training - Introduction         4-5 individuals work with a personal trainer and are guided through an introductory 4 week program with structured progressions
BOSU Group Personal Training – Advanced         4-5 individuals work with a personal trainer and are guided through an advanced 4-week program with structured progressions. (note: in order to participate in advance BOSU you must first complete the introductory program)
BOSU A la Carte         Single sessions of either introductory or advanced BOSU workouts – see front desk for schedule
Kids Class         Especially for 3-6 year olds. Fun activities that incorporate colors, shapes, numbers, sharing, improving motor skills, and more!!
Knock Out         A specialty cardio-fitness program of rhythmic martial arts and cardio karate bags. Gloves and wraps can be purchased at front desk
Pilates Ring Group Training         An intensive Pilates class using a resistance ring to develop efficient core movement in all body positions from lying down to standing up!
